The build method (cold moulded wooden veneer vacuum laminated over a male plug) ensures a super stiff structure that evidently out lasts most other builds. The boat has been through a major refit during the last two years and stands as new. It is optimized for the open class with full length keel and 190 kg ballast in the keel ensuring high numbers for the RM and competitiveness on par with the best built boats in the class. It is painted with two component polyurethane paint and is as tough as any grp built boat.
