The 1924 Olympic sailing area will once again be the venue for the National French Cup next weekend. It won't be as crowded as last year (see above). One or two participants but can still happen.
The weather promises midsummer temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius again next weekend. The wind will blow from the west against the current on Friday and from the east with the current on Sunday. The weather forecast for Saturday is still undecided. It could blow from any direction throughout the day. 10 knots are forecast for Friday, slightly less on the other two days.
Even if the weather remains uncertain—as always—we know one thing for sure: French hospitality at breakfast, lunch, or in the evening will once again be magnificent. So, anyone who loves fresh baguettes, French wine, cheese, and more will once again get their money's worth.
Demanding sailing and friendly cooperation are, as with every European Circuit Regatta guaranteed.
